Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We offer a no question asked 30-Day Guarantee. Upon receipt of the return, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method or send a replacement.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards & Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (within 30-days)

Mobile Monkee warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30-days from purchase. Our products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of this product. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser of the product only. This warranty does not cover the product if physically damaged, subject to negligence or misuse, abuse, alteration, accident, or an act of GOD. This warranty does not apply to product which has water or physically damaged by accident or which has been misused, disassembled or altered.

The original dated sales slip or proof of purchase will establish warranty eligibility. If the product should prove defective within the warranty period, return the product with proof of purchase to Mobile Monkee, at its option, will replace or repair the product free of charge and return the product postage paid.

In no event shall Mobile Monkee be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product, or in any way be liable or responsible for consequential or incidental damages. No empress warranties and no implied warranties, whether for fitness or any particular use or otherwise, except as set forth above (which is made expressly in lieu of all other warranties) shall apply to products sold by Mobile Monkee. Mobile Monkee cannot be held responsible for discrepancies/inconsistencies that may occur due to automotive manufacturing changes or option.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mobilemonkee@etailmax.com.

Marked non-returnable items
Some items cannot be refunded. These items are clearly marked as non-returnable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items within 30 days of the purchase date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit our Shipping/Contact/Returns page and follow the process.

Return Shipping  Fees
Return shipping fees are covered by Mobile Monkee.
