Shipping, Contact & Returns

We inventory everything we sell, ship all orders placed M-F before 4PM PST and we strive to respond to all inquiries within 3 working hours.

If you need to return or exchange a product, please note the following before starting the process.

You may return items up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply have your order number and email address you used when you made the purchase handy.

Products should be returned in their original packaging as much as possible. Once we receive your package, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment.
